Join Charlotte Davey, Heritage Lincolnshire’s Historic Sites and Project Officer in a beginner’s guide to understanding your historic building. This talk explains heritage designation categories as well as looking at traditional building materials and techniques to best understand your building. You will look at case studies to gain a better understanding and learn how to identify signs of disrepair and decay as well how to carry out maintenance inspections.
The talk will last approximately one hour with 30 minutes for questions afterwards.
