The Jewellery Quarter Townscape Heritage Programme (JQTH) is a National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) the aim of which is to regenerate and transform an area within Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area.  The purpose of the Activity Programme is to bring the area to life through a programme of tours, talks, performance and events inspired by the people, objects and buildings of the area.

This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for managing and delivering a heritage led Activity Programme and will include; curating an end of project exhibition, organising events to support good building maintenance, delivering podcasts, working with a network of volunteers, managing social media accounts and project website, alongside the project management of the programme including managing budgets, accurately recording project outputs and preparing quarterly reports.

As an effective Activity Programme Manager you will need to have experience of delivering a heritage project and be both strategic and ‘hands-on’ dealing with day to day practical operations. You will need to be a quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running and able to work on your own initiative.
